Live Blogging: Michigan Wolverines at Iowa Hawkeyes 02/01/2019

Hello and welcome to another edition of 'Live Blogging on Shish on College Basketball'. Tonight it is a Big Ten Clash, between Michigan Wolverines and Iowa Hawkeyes. The Wolverines come in with a record of 20-1, 9-1 in Big Ten, and a NET Ranking of 4. While the Hawkeyes come in with a record of 16-5, 5-5 in Big Ten play, and NET Ranking of 27. 

This is a tale of two teams going in different stretches, as the Wolverines have won 3 straight games, while the Hawkeyes have lost 2 straight games. 

The Wolverines are led by Ignas Brazdeikis in scoring. While Jon Teske leads Michigan in rebounding. And Zavier Simpson leads the Maize and Blue in assists. For their team stats, they average 71.4 PPG, while allowing 56.1 PPG. They rebound at 36 RPG. Finally they distribute the ball at 13.5 APG.

Hawkeyes took advantage of  Michigan's foul trouble, with some defense, foul shooting, and bench scoring. As for the Wolverines, they had an off-night shooting. It didn't help that Teske fouled out of the game. 

Wolverines will travel to New Jersey, to play Rutgers, on Tuesday. While the Hawkeyes will go to Bloomington, to play the Hoosiers of Indiana on Thursday.
