​Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is a game in the 2021 ACC/Big Ten Challenge, between Michigan Wolverines and North Carolina Tar Heels.
 
Wolverines are struggling a little bit. But they would like to figure themselves out during this non-conference schedule, before their Big Ten portion of their schedule.
 
Meanwhile, the Tar Heels are having their first season without their Hall of Fame Head Coach Roy Williams. They are being coached by Hubert Davis.
 
 
Wolverines are led by Eli Brooks in scoring. Michigan’s leading rebounder is Hunter Dickinson. While DeVante’ Jones leads the Ann Arbor Men’s College Basketball Program in assists.
 
For the Tar Heels, they are led by Armando Bacot in scoring and rebounding. While Caleb Love leads North Carolina in assists.
 
As for the team stats, Wolverines average 38.2 rebounds per game, 13.5 assists per game, and 3.7 blocks per game.
 
North Carolina’s team stats includes 40.5 RPG, 14.5 APG, and 4.5 BPG.

​Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is a Seton Hall Pirates and Michigan Wolverines, as part of the 2021 Gavitt Tip-Off Games.
 
This game is the featured game of the interconference challenge. Why have you asked? Because the 1989 National Championship Game had Glenn Rice and the Wolverines defeat Pirates in Seattle, WA.
 
Now, the Wolverines are led by former player and now head coach Juwan Howard. Last Year, Michigan made it to the Elite Eight, where they lost to UCLA in the East Region.
 
For the Pirates, they didn’t make the NCAA Tournament this year. But the New Jersey Catholic University is hoping for Myles Cale to lead them to the Tournament.
 
It is Seton Hall Pirates and Michigan Wolverines, coming up shortly.

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is the Season Premiere of Big Ten Men’s Basketball, as Oakland of Michigan Golden Grizzlies take on Michigan Wolverines.

Golden Grizzlies have got three games in this season, but have not won a game. While the Wolverines have played one game and won that game.

Michigan is coming off a win against the Hawkeyes. But would like to open the Big Ten play, with a record of 2-0. Meanwhile, the Illini are hoping to get a win in this two-game stretch against the Big Ten, before the rest of the slate of conference games will be played Next Month.

Hello and welcome to another edition of ‘Live Blogging on Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight it is Big Ten action as the Iowa Hawkeyes take on the Michigan Wolverines. The Hawkeyes are coming in with a record of 12-15, 3-11 Big Ten, and a RPI of 138. While the Wolverines come in with a record of 20-7, 9-5 in Big Ten, and a RPI of 39.

The Hawkeyes are coming off a rough stretch. They have been blown out 2 out of the last 3 games. They are not good when it comes to defense. They allow 78.5 PPG. They are hoping to win and Wisconsin to continue losing for the Hawkeyes to earn a bye in the Big Ten Tournament.

​Statistically the Hawkeyes are led by Tyler Cook in scoring and rebounding. While Jordan Bohannon leads Iowa in assists.

Meanwhile the Wolverines are hoping to earn a double bye in the Big Ten Tournament, as they are in a tight race for the final bye (4th Seed) against Nebraska, Penn St., Indiana, and Northwestern. They are doing with their defense. They allow 63.7 PPG, which is best in the Big Ten.

Final Thoughts:
Well the Wolverines defeated the Longhorns in Austin. This was a low scoring affair. 4 of the 5 Wolverine Starters scored in double figures. Abdur Rahkman had a double-double for the Maize and Blue. As for the Longhorns they did not have their best night off the glass. They were out-rebounded by Michigan 40-31. Michigan was able to control the offensive glass as they got 10 offensive boards to the Longhorns' 6 rebounds.  

Wolverines will face Detroit at Little Ceasers Arena on Saturday. The Longhorns will face Louisiana Tech on Saturday.
