Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is a Big East Battle, between University of Connecticut (UConn) Huskies and the Butler Bulldogs.

UConn playing well. They are in the middle of the Big East pack. As they are looking at being in the Top 5 of the Big East Conference (Top 5 teams get bye in Big East Tournament). Huskies defeated Butler in Storrs on Tuesday and now they get to play the Bulldogs at the Hinkle Fieldhouse.

The same cannot be said for Butler. As they dropped 2 in a row. They need to get some quality wins from UConn, Providence, Xavier, and Villanova for a chance to get into the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

Huskies are led by R.J. Cole in scoring and assists. While Adama Sanogo leads UConn in rebounds.

For the Bulldogs, they are led by Jayden Taylor in scoring. Bryce Golden leads Butler in rebounding. And Aaron Thompson leads the Indianapolis Christian University in assists.

UConn averages 42.4 rebounds per game. They distribute the ball 15.3 APG. Defensively, they block 7.3 shots a game and 7.1 steals per game.

As for Butler, they distribute the ball at 31.8 RPG. They distribute the ball at 11.2 APG. Defensively, they block 3.0 shots a game and take 4.9 steals a game.
