Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is a NCAA Men’s Basketball West Regional Semifinal game, between Gonzaga Bulldogs and UCLA Bruins.

The last time these two teams faced each other in the Tournament. It was a couple of years ago, where Jalen Suggs hit the buzzer-beater to give Gonzaga the 93-90 overtime victory against UCLA.

This year, Suggs and Johnny Juzang are gone. But Drew Timme, Tyger Campbell, and Jaime Jaquez, Junior are from that matchup. And the quest for both teams are still the same. The Zags are looking for their first National Championship. While the Bruins are going for their 12th in Program History.

Bulldogs are led by Drew Timme in scoring, rebounding, and assists.

While the Bruins are led by Jaime Jaquez in scoring and rebounding. While Tyger Campbell leads UCLA in assists.

It is the Gonzaga Bulldogs and the UCLA Bruins, in the 2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament-West Regional Semifinal. The Game will begin shortly.

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is a Mountain West Men’s Basketball game, between Nevada Wolf Pack and Boise State Broncos.

These two squads are currently the paramount of the Mountain West in 2022-23. This game will determine who will stay on the peak of this conference.

For the Wolf Pack, they would like to earn a trip back to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Their last visit to the NCAA Tournament was back in 2019.

As for the Broncos, they are playing on a hot streak. As mentioned in the infographic, they won 4-game winning streak. They only loss in Mountain West play was against these Wolf Pack. They would like to avenge that loss, before their showdown in Albuquerque against New Mexico.

Nevada is led by Guard Jarod Lucas in scoring. Wolf Pack is led by Forward Darrion Williams in rebounding. And Guard Kenan Blackshear leads the Reno Program in assists.

For the Broncos, they are led by Guard Marcus Shaver, Junior in scoring, rebounding, and assists.

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Football’. Tonight, it is an American Athletic Conference battle, between Navy Midshipmen and SMU Mustangs.

Midshipmen are off to a good start in conference play. They get a big test tonight, by the Pony Express of SMU.

The Mustangs are coming off a loss to Central Florida. They got dominated in the 2nd Half of the Hurricane Ian-delayed game. But Tonight, they get a challenge by the triple option of the Naval Academy.

Midshipmen are led by Tai Lavatai in passing. While Daba Fofana leads the Naval Academy in rushing. And Vincent Terrell, Junior leads the Annapolis based Naval Academy in receiving.

For the Mustangs, they are led by Tanner Mordeci in passing. While Velton Gardner leads Southern Methodist in rushing. And Rashee Rice leads the Dallas-Based University in receiving.

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is a 2022 Big East Men’s Basketball Semifinal, between UConn Huskies and Villanova Wildcats.

The last time U Conn and Villanova faced each other in the Big East Tournament. Emeka Okafor and Ben Gordon led that Husky Team to a National Championship in 2004.

Since then, UConn won a couple more national championships before going to the American Athletic Conference in 2013-14 and then returning back to the Big East in 2020-21.

What happened during U Conn tour in the AAC, is that Villanova won a couple of national championships. And now these two will face each other, for the right to play Creighton in the Big East Championship.

Huskies are led by R.J. Cole in scoring and assists. While Adama Sanogo leads University of Connecticut in rebounding.

As for the Wildcats, they are led by Collin Gillespie in scoring and assists. While Eric Dixon leads rebounding.

It is U Conn Huskies and Villanova Wildcats, coming up shortly.

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Sports’. Tonight, it is a bubble bursting Men’s Basketball game in the Mountain West Conference, between San Diego Aztecs and Wyoming Cowboys.

Here’s What is at stake for both programs. Whoever wins tonight stays with Boise State and Colorado State for the Regular Season Crown for the Mountain West Conference. It will also give the victor a Quad 1 victory and help their tournament chances. The loser of this game will have to put more of an emphasis on winning the MW Tournament Next Week.

Jayhawks are coming off a dominating win over Baylor on Saturday. They have a 2-game lead over Baylor and Texas Tech for the Big 12 lead. And have a 3-game lead on tonight's opponent.

Longhorns have a tough stretch, where they lost to Texas Tech, defeated Iowa State. And after the Jayhawks Tonight, they will have a 2-game road stretch between Baylor and Texas Tech.

Jayhawks are led by Ochai Agbaji in scoring. Kansas is led by David McCormack in rebounding. And Dajuan Harris, Junior leads the Lawrence University in assists.

For the Longhorns, they are led by Timmy Allen in scoring and rebounding. While Marcus Carr leads Texas in assists.

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’ on ‘Shish on College Sports Page. Tonight, it is a Missouri Valley Conference (MVC)/ Southeastern Conference (SEC) game, between Loyola-Chicago Ramblers and Vanderbilt Commodores.

Ramblers are riding high from the 4-game winning streak. However, they had a 2-game losing streak before that from Michigan State and Auburn. So, they would like to defeat Vanderbilt to claim they beat a Power 5 Conference University.


Meanwhile, Vanderbilt has dropped 2 straight games. They would like to get some momentum going into conference play.

Ramblers are led by Lucas Williamson in scoring. Tate Hall leads Loyola in rebounding. And Braden Norris leads the Chicago Catholic University in assists.

For the Commodores, they are led by Scotty Pippen, Junior in scoring and assists. And Jordan Wright leads Vanderbilt in assists.

As for the two stats, Loyola averages 35.3 RPG. They distribute the ball at 17.6 APG. Defensively, they block 2.3 shots a game and stole the ball 2.3 a game.

Flames are trying to continue their success from last year. This year, they are off to a 3-0 start. They are hoping to go undefeated and hope Notre Dame lose, so that they can have a chance for a New Year’s Six Bowl game.
 
As for the Orange, they would like to get back to having winning seasons. A win tonight will help, but it would also help that they can win their Atlantic Division away from Clemson.
