Hello, welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Professional Ice Hockey’. Tonight, it is an American Hockey League game, between Rockford IceHogs (Chicago Blackhawks AHL Affiliate) and Iowa Wild (Minnesota Wild Affiliate).

In this 3-game series between these two AHL Central Teams, Wild (11-8-2-2, 26 points) has defeated IceHogs (12-7-1-2, 27 points) in the first two games in Rockford. Now this 3-game set heads to Des Moines for a game. Iowa is looking for a sweep, while Rockford is looking to salvage a game on the road.

Rockford is led by Luke Philp in goal scoring. While the leading point earner for the IceHogs is Brett Seney.

Wild is led by Steven Fogarty & Ty Ronning in goal scoring. While Fogarty and Joe Hicketts leads Iowa in points.

It is Rockford IceHogs and Iowa Wild, coming up shortly.

Final Thoughts:
The game went the IceHogs' way, where they scored 4 straight goals from 10:57 in the 2nd Period to 8:15 left in the game. 

For the Wild, they just didn't have the goaltending by Wallstedt nor McIntrye. It's tough to defeat a hockey team 3 games in a row.

IceHogs will head back to Rockford, to face the Toronto Marlies. While Iowa will host Texas Stars. Both games will be played on Friday.
