Manitoba (30-17-2-2, 64 points, .627 PPCT) is trying to catch the Chicago Wolves for the AHL Central Division. Wolves’ number to clinch the division is 18 points (Combination of points won and Moose points loss). But the Moose should play in the Calder Cup Playoffs since the league will take everyone but the last two teams in each division. The same could be said about the Canucks (26-19-3-1, 56 points, .571 PPCT). They are trying to get a better seed for the Pacific Division of the Calder Cup Playoffs.
