Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Football’. Tonight, it is a Mountain West Football game, between the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels (6-1, 3-0 MWC) and the Fresno State Bulldogs (6-1, 2-1 MWC)

UNLV is having a program season. Other than the loss to Michigan, the Runnin’ Rebels have become Bowl eligible. They could have a chance to play for the Mountain West Championship.

For the Bulldogs, they are coming off a bye and they were able to bounce back from their loss to Wyoming, by defeating Utah State. Unlike UNLV, Fresno does not have conference leading Air Force in their schedule. So, their path to the Mountain West Championship is easier, if they win Tonight.


Rebels are led by Quarterback Jayden Maiava in passing. Vincent Davis, Junior leads UNLV in rushing. And Ricky White leads the Silver State University in receiving.

As for the Bulldogs, they are led by Mikey Keene in passing. While Malik Sherrod leads Fresno State in rushing. And Erik Brooks leads the California University in receiving.

A crazy game Tonight. UNLV took a 17-7 lead at halftime. But then Fresno State scored 24 points in the 3rd Quarter. But the game came to the final seconds of the game. As Maiava threw an interception by Bailey. 

Rebels will head to New Mexico, to face the Lobos. While the Bulldogs will host Boise State. Both games will happen Next Saturday.
