Amerks (24-18-5-2, 55 points) are coming off getting swept by Belleville Senators. Now the Amerks get a chance to face a Hershey Bears team, who beat them in the Eastern Conference Finals. For the Bears (40-9-0-3, 83 points), they defeated Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. Before that game, they took 2 out of 3 games in Canada. And now they face Rochester. As the Bears would like to keep the Amerks from playing in the 2024 Calder Cup Playoffs. It is the Rochester Americans and the Hershey Bears, coming up shortly.
