Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Professional Ice Hockey’. Tonight, it is the Providence Bruins (Boston Bruins AHL Affiliate) and the Hershey Bears (Washington Capitals).

A Hershey Bears overtime/shootout Victory=Bears Magic Number for the Atlantic Division will be down to 2 points.
A Providence Bruins win=Clinch a tie for a 2024 Calder Cup Playoffs Spot.

Bears (46-11-0-5, 97 points) is going for a season sweep of Providence. For the AHL Bruins (36-18-4-3, 79 points), they would like to continue being in 2nd Place and hope for a miracle to win the Atlantic Division.
It is the Providence Bruins and the Hershey Bears, coming up shortly.

Providence Bruins Magic Number for clinching Calder Cup Playoff Spot down to 1 point. While Hershey Bears remain at 5 points to clinch the Atlantic Division Regular Season Championship.

Final Thoughts:
Bruins had twice as many power plays. And they scored 2 PPGs. That gave Brandon Bussi the help he needed. As he stopped 19 of 20 SOG, for the Bruins Victory.

For the Bears, they need to work on staying out of the Penalty Box, as they will go for a run to repeat as Calder Cup Champs.

With the win, Providence clinches a tie for a spot in the Calder Cup Playoff Spot. 

Providence will head to the State of New York, to face the Utica Comets on Friday Night. While Hershey will head to Connecticut, to face the Hartford Wolf Pack on Saturday Night.
