Live-Blogging: Pac-12 Football-Utah Utes at Oregon Ducks 11/19/2022

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Football’. Tonight, it is a Pac-12 Showdown, as Utah Utes take on Oregon Ducks.

Here is what is at stake, in this game. Both Utes & Ducks have identical records and are a 0.5 game behind USC for the top spot in the Pac-12. They also are a game behind the Bruins. Ducks did not play USC, but defeat UCLA earlier this year. Utah split their two games against the Los Angeles Schools.

A win tonight along with a UCLA loss, will put the winner of this game in the Pac-12 Championship Game. A UCLA victory and Oregon can clinch a spot, but Utah needs to defeat Colorado and UCLA to lose to California, and Washington to defeat Colorado and Washington State.

Utah is led by Cam Rising in passing. While the Utes are led by Tavion Thomas in rushing. And TE Dalton Kincaid leads the Salt Lake City University in receiving.

As for the Ducks, they are led by Bo Nix in passing. Bucky Irving leads Oregon in rushing. And Troy Franklin leads the Eugene University in receiving.

Final Thoughts:
Ducks were able to beat Utes in a low-scoring slugfest. They got a spirited performance by Bo Nix. For the Utes, Cam Rising had a bad night. He was 21/38, 170 yards, 3 interceptions. 

With the win, Ducks is one win away from clinching a spot for the 2022 Pac-12 Championship Game against USC.

But before that, Oregon will head to Corvallis, to face the Oregon State Beavers. While Utes will head to Boulder, to face Colorado Buffaloes. Both games will be played, Next Saturday.
