Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging on Shish on College Football’. Tonight, it is 2019 Pac-12 Championship Game, between Utah Utes and Oregon Ducks. The Utes are the champions of Pac-12 South Championship, while the Ducks are the winners of the Pac-12 North.

The Utes need a win in order to make the case to be in the College Football Playoff. While the Ducks are hoping to win tonight’s game and enter the Rose Bowl.

Utah, is led by quarterback Tyler Huntley in passing. Zack Moss leads the Utes in rushing. And Brant Kuthe leads the team in receiving.

For their team stats, they move the ball at 453.6 YPG (239.0 through the air and 214.6 on the ground). Defensively, they allow 241.6 YPG (185.3 through the air and 56.3 on the ground).

As for the Ducks, they are led by quarterback Justin Herbert in passing. C.J. Verdell leads Oregon in rushing. And Johnny Johnson III leads the team in receiving.

Their team stats include, moving the ball at 452.3 YPG (273.7 through the air and 178.6 on the ground). Defensively, they allow 331.3 YPG (225.3 through the air and 106.1 on the ground).

Final Thoughts:
The Ducks hit the Utes in the mouth tonight. They got off to a 20-0 lead and then the Utes cut the lead to 23-15. But then C.J. Verdell scored 2 TD runs, to give the Ducks their 3rd Pac-12 Championship Game Win. For the Utes, they went from possibly playing in the CFP to playing in the Alamo Bowl on New Year's Eve.
