Hello, and welcome to another edition of 'Live-Blogging Shish on Horse Racing'. Tonight, it is a Remington Park Pick 3 featuring the 2023 AQHA Distance Challenge Stakes. 

Three years ago, Remington Park was one of the few race tracks that was producing races during the COVID-19 Lockdowns. This year, I am doing a live blog of a QuarterHorse stakes race that is held at that Oklahoma City racetrack.

Here are races 7-9 that consist of this Pick 3:

Race 7, 870 yards, Dirt, Qtr Horse, 6 horses, $20K:
For the first race of this Pick 3. It is a battle of 3-year-olds and upward. The favorite of this race is #2 Spanish Steps. There are two 20-1 long shots in this race. The first is #5 Rockn Miss Callie & #6 Mi Pistola Azoom.

20 MTP: #4 Volcoms Favorite opens up as an 3-5 favorite.
15 MTP:  #3 PSInternational Lady is a 15-1 long shot. VF is an even-odd favorite.
10 MTP: #1 Moon Maker is near his morning line of -1. He is at 9-5. 
5 MTP: MM is the favorite at 9-5.
2 MTP: SS has returned as the favorite at 5-2. While PSIL is the 10-1 long shot.

Post: #` is off to an early start.

For the middle race of this Pick 3. It is a battle of 2-year-olds. The long shot of this race is #3 Like That Corona. While the favorite of this race is #6 I Rule the Dynasty.

20 MTP: #1 Innocent Bystander is the favorite at 8-5.
15 MTP: #5 SJM Black Bullet is a 34-1 long shot. #6 IRtD is the favorite at 9-5.
10 MTP: IRtD is the closest to his morning line of 3-1. He is at 2-1.
5 MTP:  #4 AJ Pure Gold is at his morning line of 4-1. 
2 MTP: IRtD is the favorite at 9-5. SJM & #9 Jess Henry are 21-1 co-long shots.

The final race of this Pick 3 is a battle 3-year-old and upward. #4 WascallyWittleWabbit is the favorite at 8-5.  #5 R U FReal is the 12-1 long shot.

20 MTP: WWW opens up is the favorite at 6-5. 
15 MTP: #5 R U FReal is a 21-1 long shot. WWW is an even-odd favorite.
10 MTP: #2 Dance the Dust off is at his morning line of 6-1. 
5 MTP: WWW is near his morning line of 8-5. He is at 2-1. 
2 MTP: #6 ShockinglyFamous is the favorite at 6-5. While RUFR is a 16-1 long shot.

Dak wins the 2023 AQHA Distance Challenge. And Moon Maker, Innocent Bystander and Dak joined winning that Pick 3.
