Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Horse Racing’. This Evening, it is the final leg of Ruidoso Downs’ Quarter Horse Triple Crown Futurities, 2021 All-American Futurity.
 
This race is the big money purse between this race, Ruidoso, and Rainbow. And this year’s race will feature Jess Savin Candy, who will go for the Triple Crown in Quarter Horse Racing.
 
Before that race, there are a couple of other stakes races at Ruidoso This Evening, that I will be blogging on this post. The All-American Quarter Horse Gold Cup Stakes and All-American Juvenile.

​Race 9 (All-American Quarter Horse Gold Cup Stakes), 440 yards, Dirt, 7 horses:
 
For this stakes race, it is the All-American Quarter Horse Gold Cup Stakes. It has a purse of $200K and features colts and geldings 3-years and up. #2 Danjer is the even-odd favorite. While #1 Mitey Political is the 12-1 long shot.

15 MTP: #2 Danjer is a 2-1 favorite. 
10 MTP: #3 KJ Mucho Macho Man is an 11-1 long shot.
5 MTP: #6 Powerful Favorite is at his morning line of 4-1. 
2 MTP: Danjer is a 7-5 favorite. While #1 Mitey Political is a 17-1 long shot.

This next race is the All-American Juvenile Stakes. These stakes are also a $200K race. It is a battle of 2-year-olds. There are two scratches in this race, #1 In Hott Pursuit and #12 APollitical J. Legacy. #5 Valiant Charm is the 15-1 long shot. While #7 Phoenominal is the 4-1 favorite.

20 MTP: #7 Phoenominal opens up as a 3-1 favorite. 
15 MTP: #6 Shesa Relentless Gal is a 25-1 long shot.
10 MTP:  Phoenominal is near his morning line of 4-1. He is at 7-2. 
5 MTP: #2 Misty Cracker is at his morning line at 5-1. 
2 MTP: #4 Chizum is a 5-2 favorite. #3 Downrite Handsome is 17-1 long shot. And MC is at 5-1.

And finally, the big race of the day and year at Ruidoso Downs, 2021 All-American Futurity. As mentioned, all eyes are on the favorite #7 Jess Savin Candy as he is going for the Quarter Horse Triple Crown. He is at 7-5. While the #3 Jess Dealin is at 30-1. And #1 Favorite Blues Man is a scratch.

Final Thoughts:
No Triple Crown in Ruidoso Downs' Quarter Horse Futurity. KJ Desparado ends that, winning the $3 Million , 440 yard sprint. 

The All-American Juvenile was a prosperous for wagers who picked Muy Peligrosto, Valiant Charm, Hallelujah Nights, and Downrite Handsome in either WPS wagering or Exotic Bets.
