Live-Blogging: BKFC 43-Alexander vs. Smith-Main Card

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Bare Knuckle Boxing’. Tonight, it is the Main Card of BKFC 43-Alexander vs. Smith.

#2 Cruiserweight Houston Alexander has been a fighter to the core. At 51, he is still performing at a high level. He is 3-0 in BKFC, with his last victory against Joey Beltran over in Omaha in BKFC 33. He faces #3 Jeremy Smith, who is 3-1. He is on a 3- fight winning streak. The winner of this fight should get a title shot against Lorenzo Hunt.

In the Co-Main Event, it is a middleweight bout it will be a battle of two veterans of BKFC ‘Squared Circle’. Dakota Cochrane (4-2) is looking to get his 5th victory in BKFC. He will be taking on Noah Cutter (3-5) who needs to get a victory, to improve on his record.

Final Thoughts:
Houston Alexander and Jeremy Smith had a great fight. Jeremy Smith had urgency, when Glenn called for a medical timeout for the South African's face. But Alexander wins the Fight of the Night. 

The Knockout of the Night went to Ryan Braun knocking out Andrew Potter, 17 seconds into Round 1.

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship will head to Great Falls, MT. As it will hold BKFC 44. The Main Event of that card will have Kai Stewart against Louie Lopez for the BKFC Featherweight Championship on Friday June 9th, 2023.
