The Main Event of the Card is a heavyweight scrap, between former BKFC Champion Joey ‘Mexicutioner’ Beltran (5-2-1) taking on Frank Tate (1-1-1). This is Beltran’s first fight since losing the belt from Arnold Adams. He will take on a Tate, who hasn’t fought in nearly a year, where he defeated Josh Burns Last April. In the Co-Main Event, James Lilley (4-0-1, 2 KOs) will take on Adam Pellerano (3-1). Pellerano is hoping that a win tonight, could give him a showdown with BKFC Lightweight Champion Luis Palmonio. Hello, and welcome to ‘Live-Blogging on Combat Sports’. Tonight, it is a Fight Night for BKFC, as they will host their first event in the State of New York. The website is showing all but three debuts. One experienced fighter is in the Prelims. And the other two are in the Main Event, Joey Beltran and Arnold Adams.
Joey Beltran will defend the BKFC Heavyweight Title against Arnold Adams. This is the second time these two have squared off with ‘Bomaye’ defeated the 'Mexicutioner' by doctor stoppage.
