Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball: 2022 NCAA MBK East Region-Round of 32-Texas Longhorns

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is a 2022 NCAA MBK-East Region-Round of 32 Game, between Texas Longhorns and Purdue Boilermakers.
Longhorns already did better than last year. They advanced to this round. They lost to Abilene Christian in last year’s tournament.

As for the Boilermakers, they have played great. But there are concerns about their play on defense.

Longhorns are led by Timmy Allen in scoring and rebounding. While Marcus Carr leads Texas in assists.

For the Boilermakers, they are led by Jaden Ivey in scoring. While Zach Edey leads Purdue in rebounding. While Sasha Stefanovic leads the Northwest Indiana Engineering School in assists.

It is Texas Longhorns and Purdue Boilermakers, winner takes on St. Peter’s. The Game will start shortly.

Texas played a tough game. They stayed in the game until they lost Timmy Allen and Christian Bishop due to foul trouble.

Purdue will face the Peacocks of St. Peter's from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) in Philadelphia on Friday.
