Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball'. Tonight, it is the 2024 NCAA MBK Play-In Game, between the Colorado Buffaloes and the Boise State Broncos.
Buffaloes had to win 8 straight games to get in the Final Pac-12 Tournament Championship. They came up short. But they ended getting in as one of the last at-large bids. They will be looking for KJ Simpson, Tristan da Silva, and Eddie Lampkin to lead the Boulder University to victory. For the Broncos, they were hoping not to play Tonight. But the Tournament Committee has them as one of the Last Four In the Tournament. They had a strong NET and finished tied for 2nd Place in the Mountain West. But they were one and done in the MW Tournament. Now they will turn to Tyson Degenhart, O’Mar Stanley, and Cam Martin to lead them to the program’s first victory in the NCAA Tournament. It is the Colorado Buffaloes and the Boise State Broncos, in the 2024 NCAA MBK Play-In Game. The Game will begin shortly. Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Basketball’. Tonight, it is a Mountain West Men’s Basketball game, between Nevada Wolf Pack and Boise State Broncos.
These two squads are currently the paramount of the Mountain West in 2022-23. This game will determine who will stay on the peak of this conference. For the Wolf Pack, they would like to earn a trip back to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Their last visit to the NCAA Tournament was back in 2019. As for the Broncos, they are playing on a hot streak. As mentioned in the infographic, they won 4-game winning streak. They only loss in Mountain West play was against these Wolf Pack. They would like to avenge that loss, before their showdown in Albuquerque against New Mexico. Nevada is led by Guard Jarod Lucas in scoring. Wolf Pack is led by Forward Darrion Williams in rebounding. And Guard Kenan Blackshear leads the Reno Program in assists. For the Broncos, they are led by Guard Marcus Shaver, Junior in scoring, rebounding, and assists. It is Nevada Wolf Pack and Boise State Broncos, coming up shortly.
