​Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Professional Ice Hockey’. Tonight, it is an American Hockey League game, between the Utica Comets (New Jersey Devils Affiliate) and Rochester Americans (Buffalo Sabres).
 
Comets (19-3-3-0, 41 points, .820 PPCT) came off a fast start. However, they have dropped 3 out of their last 5 games. The goal in tonight’s game is to get back on track.
 
For the Americans (18-11-0-0, 36 points, .621 PPCT), they are playing well this year. They are also hovering around .500 in their last 10 games. A win would be great, but they would like to use a win to start a winning streak.
 
Utica is led by Fabian Zetterlund in scoring. While Chase De Leo is the Devils AHL Affiliate’s leading point producer. While Michael Mersch is the Amerks’ leading scorer.

Final Thoughts:
Crazy Game. Amerks had a 5-goal lead. But the Comets came flying back scoring 4 unanswered goals to finish the game. But it wasn't enough as Rochester gets their 19th win of the 2021-22 Regular Season.

Comets will head back to Utica, to face Syracuse Crunch on Friday. While Rochester will host Belleville Senators.
