Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Professional Ice Hockey’. Tonight, it is an American Hockey League game, between San Jose Barracuda (San Jose Sharks Affiliate) and Stockton Heat (Calgary Flames Affiliate).
 
Barracuda (6-9-1-0, .406 PPCT) and Heat (13-2-2-0, .824 PPCT) are trying to get their games in like all the other teams in the Pacific Division, as there are games in the AHL, that are getting postponed due to COVID-19. This game is a makeup game from Halloween.
 
San Jose is struggling. They have dropped 6 out of their last 10 games. They would like to get back to winning ways.
As for the Heat, they are on top of the Pacific Division and has won 7 out of their last 10 games.

Final Thoughts:
A record setting night for Stockton Heat. Heat Play-by-Play Mark Binetti noted, it is the first time that the Calgary Flames AHL Affiliate history they scored 10 goals. Byron Froese and Glenn Gawdin with the hat tricks. 

For the Barracuda, they were probably better off playing with an extra attacker and an empty net the whole game. Their goaltenders gave up 10 goals on 39 SOG. That is around .750 save percentage tonight. 

Barracuda will head back home and hope to not give up 10 goals against Abbotsford Canucks on Saturday and Sunday. While Stockton Heat will head to Tucson, to face the Roadrunners for 2 games on Friday and Saturday.
