Sunday was a different story for the Quack Attack Men’s Basketball. As Marcus Sasser & Houston defeated Oregon by double digits.

The talk about this matchup is that not too many people have this matchup. But I did. And here is how I picked this matchup and how they got here. Cyclones have taken advantage of LSU and Wisconsin’s downfall, in this tournament. Having LSU replacing head coaches before the tournament and Badgers Johnny Davis not at 100%, the Cyclones found themselves in the Midwest Regional Semifinal (aka Sweet 16) in Chicago. Hurricanes shouldn’t surprise college basketball fans either. They have knocked off Duke in Cameron and beat North Carolina and Notre Dame in Conference Play, This Season. The Zags are looking to be the first team since Bobby Knight’s 1976 Indiana Hoosiers to have a perfect season. For the ‘Men of Troy’, they are not as successful of a Men’s Basketball Program, then their crosstown rival UCLA Bruins. But this year, they are hoping that the Mobley Brothers will lead them to their first Final Four since 1954. As mentioned, Evan Mobley leads Southern California in scoring and rebounding.
