Live-Blogging: 2025-26 CFP Semifinal at Peach Bowl-Oregon Ducks vs. Indiana Hoosiers

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on College Football’. Tonight, it is a 2025-26 College Football Playoff Semifinal game, between The Oregon Ducks and The Indiana Hoosiers.

These two Big Ten schools played against each other back in October, with Hoosiers taking the road victory, 30-20. Now these two programs will play for the rite to play Miami (FL) in The National Championship.

The Ducks would like to avenge that loss to Indiana. For that to happen, they are going to need an outstanding performance by Sophomore Quarterback Dante Moore. Moore is going to have to do a better job protecting football. He threw 2 interceptions in the game in Eugene.

Defensively, Oregon needs to force Fernando Mendoza to throw the pill. The Hoosiers outrushed The Ducks, 111-81. Roman Hemby scored 2 rushing touchdowns for Indiana.

It is The Oregon Ducks and The Indiana Hoosiers, in the 2025-26 College Football Playoff Semifinal at Peach Bowl. The Peach Bowl will begin shortly.

Indiana Hoosiers 2026 Peach Bowl Champions. Hoosiers advance to 2025-26 College Football Playoff National Championship.

Rushing: Kaelon Black (IU) 12 rushes, 63 yards, 2 TDs
Receiving: Elijah Sarratt (IU) 7 receptions, 75 yards, 2 TDs

Final Thoughts:
The Hoosiers dominated this game from start to finish. They dominated this game on all 3 sides of the ball. Indiana converted 3 Duck Turnovers into 21 points. Fernando Mendoza and The Hoosiers Offense picked The Oregon Defense apart.

For the Ducks, they were just too depleted with their running backs. Will Dante Moore head to the NFL Draft?

But the Hoosiers will head to Miami to play The Hurricanes for The 2025-26 CFP National Championship. That game will be played on Monday January 19th.
