Live-Blogging: BKFC Temecula-Peralta vs. Warr-Featured Bouts

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Bare Knuckle Boxing’. Tonight, it is the featured bouts of BKFC Fight Night: Pechanga/Temecula-Peralta vs. Warr.

Robbie Peralta and Ruben Warr showed some hate for each other at the Weigh-In Yesterday. Both fighters are combat sports veterans. But Peralta been prize fighting since 2007. For Warr he has a .500 combat sports record. But he is looking for a victory to claim the lightweight ladder in BKFC.

The Co-Main has Fernando Gonzalez taking on Rodney Thomas. Gonzalez originally scheduled to face Kyle McElroy. But McElroy withdrew and Thomas will make his BKFC Debut.

Then the featured bout of the card is between Victor Rosas and Luis Iniguez in a Bantamweight Bout

At the end of Round 2, Leben ends the fight, due to a doctor stoppage. Pellegrino is accusing Christensen of a headbutt. Leben believed it was due to a left hook.

Result: Ruben Warr wins by TKO, :06 into Round 1.


Final Thoughts:
Wow! Ruben Warr with one of the quickest knockouts in BKFC History! Warr with a 1-2 right. It was the third fastest knockout in BKFC History, according to Jeff Houston.

Warr gets Knockout of the Night and Performance of the Night. 

Victor Rosas defeating Luis Iniguez by split decision was the Fight of the Night. 

BKFC heads to Strugis, for BKFC 63. That one will Main Event Britain Hart and Taylor Starling for the BKFC Strawweight Championship Belt. That will be on Saturday August 3rd.
